  2. Thanks for this new (to me) Dudley. I just smiled when I saw the cover, a very amusing fella and a good jazz pianist as well.

  3. Thank you azule serape and jazzuk - don't know this one. There was a TV jazz programme in the south in the early 1960s called "Strictly For The Birds". The studio was a converted cinema in Southampton and the Dudley Moore trio appeared with different guests each week. Several round tables, each seating four people were in gigantic open sided bird cages, arranged to give a nightclub feel. Free admission and we were each given a bottle of fizzy drink - and two cigarettes!

  4. Oooh, a DMT set I don't have. Exciting! Genuinely, I love the DMT and I can't understand why there hasn't been a proper reissue series, before its too late and he's completely forgotten as a musician. This is great - the DMT and Collin Bates in one day. Super - glad I dropped in!
