Superb stuff so many thanks for your efforts - Managed to locate Vol 2, but can't seem to find Vol 1 - is it still extant?
ReplyDeleteTerry. It is here, at 0173, but the leader is, confusingly, Tony Crombie. The series all came under Jeff Kruger's name. Would have been nice to have another Derek Smith, wouldn't it?
DeleteThere's also an album called "Jazz at the Flamingo", again led by Tony Crombie, but that does not have a volume number - 0103 here. 0003 - same again title but 10th anniversay.
Tom Lord version I have does not reveal any others with the same album title.
Thanks for the kind words. We soldier on.
